By using HillGo apps or this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

Accounts

You must provide accurate phone details and keep OTP codes private. We may suspend accounts for fraud, abuse, or safety risk.

Services

Rides, food, parcels, and partner tools depend on district availability and partner supply. Quotes and ETAs are estimates until a job is confirmed.

Partner portals

Ride Sharing and Food Delivery are exclusive. Partners must only accept jobs for the portal they registered under.

Payments and COD

Fares, delivery fees, and COD rules shown in the app at checkout apply to that booking. Disputes should be raised through support promptly.

Liability

We work to keep the platform reliable, but we are not liable for partner delays outside our control, force majeure, or losses from incorrect addresses you enter.
