Register in the merchant app with your business details. After approval you get panel access by SMS to list products and accept orders.

They are separate portals. A ride account cannot accept food jobs, and a food rider account cannot accept ride offers.

Same-day runs are available in covered metro zones. Book before midday when the app offers that option for your route.

Use the tracker on the home page, or open Tracking in the customer app with your consignment code and phone.

Ops controls which districts allow customers, riders, merchants, and couriers. Try another area or contact support.

Cash on delivery may add a small percent of the product value. The app shows charges before you confirm.
