HillGo collects account, location, and order data to run rides, food, and parcel services. We use this data to match partners, show live maps, send OTP SMS, and support safety cases.

What we collect

• Phone number, name, and optional email
• Device location while you use map features
• Order, trip, and payment method details
• KYC documents for partners when required

How we use it

We process data to authenticate you, fulfill bookings, prevent fraud, improve routing, and contact you about your account. SMS OTP is sent through our configured provider.

Sharing

We share trip or order details with the assigned partner and with ops when needed for support or safety. We do not sell personal data.

Your choices

You can update profile fields in the app, deny location permission (some features will not work), and contact support to request account closure subject to legal holds.
